Article 1. Price

Prices include VAT.

Article 2. Warranty

The devices are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Article 3.  Payment Terms

Payment must be made by bank transfer to HHP, in advance or, if allowed, at the latest upon delivery of the goods.

Article 4.  Complaints

Complaints must be addressed directly to HHP by letter within eight days.

Article 5.  Delivery

The delivery will be made by courier unless otherwise agreed.  

Article 6.  Retention of Title

The buyer expressly agrees that all delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the full purchase price is paid.

Article 7.  Right of Withdrawal  

7.1. The buyer has a free right of withdrawal for 14 days from the purchase of the device. 

7.2. The buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a message to the seller within the 14-day period following delivery by email to customerservice@hhp-group.com or by registered mail. Annex 2 (withdrawal document) must be used for this purpose. This is also always available on our website.

Article 8. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction 

Belgian law applies in case of disputes. All disputes will be handled by the courts of Oudenaarde.
